After living in multiple cities and building several houses, Julia understands not only the significant investment decisions involved in a real estate transaction, but all of the little details that go into it and the important role timeless design plays. 

Since 2007, she has worked alongside local builders to create show-stopping builds that consistently fly off the market. While she loves all aspects of design, her favorite element is the “jewelry of the home”, the lighting! Fitting, considering those that know and love her best would say that she lights up every room she walks into. Julia is passionate about serving her clients with knowledge, professionalism, kindness, and always a pop of color. 

Julia balances time between Greenville, SC and NYC, finding inspiration in both cities. When she is not working you will find her spending time with her husband, daughters, working out and taking walks through downtown with her “city pup”, Reedy- almost always with air pods in and a podcast playing!

Since she was little she’s been captivated by the beauty in the everyday, and as each year has gone by, she’s enjoyed the opportunity to embrace that beauty and create it for others. Moving to the Upstate after graduating college, she dedicated her time understanding Greenville’s fast-paced real estate market. Over the past couple of years, she found herself serving her clients after the closing table… picking out paint colors, helping with art placement and so much more. These small encounters led to her utilizing her creativity and formally serving builders and investors in their selections for renovations and new builds.

When she isn’t working, she can be found exploring Downtown Greenville with her family, hosting a dinner alongside her husband (he’s a great chef), spending time with her friends , planning a trip or volunteering at her church.
